We offer such an environment for children in which they feel comfortable and secure. We accept all the children, regardless of the reason why the parents bring their child to the day care centre.
GFKB
GFKB GmbH Company for family-oriented child care was founded on June 1st, 2006 and since then, it has successfully managed four day care centers in the city of Zurich.
The purpose of the company is to provide family-complementary child care and professional support for children and young people.
With its four locations in the city of Zurich, it offers 133 child care places and 12 training places.

Prices
We offer private and subsidized child care places. The costs for the private child care places are covered by parental contributions.
Private care places
The minimum attendance is two full days per week.

Subsidized childcare places
The city of Zurich promotes childcare through subsidized day care places. The parental contributions for a subsidized place depend on income and are calculated individually.
We will offer your child a subsidized place as soon as you provide us with a valid contribution factor confirmation (Beitragsfaktorbestätigung), which you can receive from the school and sports department (Schul- und Sportdepartement). You can get the confirmation of the scope of childcare (Bestätigung des subventionsberechtigten Betreuungsumfangs) that is eligble for a subsidy from the Social Department (Sozialdepartement) of the City of Zürich.

Opening Times
Our day care centres are opened all year round except on weekends, public holidays and 12 days of company holidays a year.
